Answer question - 問答 [12]

A : "I can speak Chinese language"
B : "could you please give me that book"

which one of 能 and 會[会]
is more suitable to be used for those sentences above,
and please explain in your language
why do you use them on each sentence.

    B: 能

    会 is used for anything you do with the process of learning. Such as driving, because you can learn to drive.
    能 is used for anything you can or cannot do because of rules. Or permission, whther you are allowed or not to do that
